I believe that would be Phil Jiminez and maybe George Perez, it's actually a hybrid of the "Classic" Wonder Girl costume (red and gold star V-Neck) and her Troia costume before she died (and came back).

I like how you segmente the hair fibers where the lasso crosses the hair. It's an elegant and subtle way of making it stand out, much more so then just leaving the 'inker's aura' around it.

I'm gonna use that trick! Consider yourself copied, lol :D

Great work! I've always thought the original Wonder Woman should have updated her outfit to Troy's elegant look. The star-spangled undies just aren't appealing anymore XD
